Copyright laws and social media netiquette are complex issues. The problem is especially complex when it comes to images ... as there is a pressure to have a unique image for each post.

Since HIVE gives out post rewards, HIVE must be even more vigilent about copyright violations than other social media platforms.

BTW: I got put on the @spaminator list despite the fact that I had no copyright violations. It took me several months to get off it.

Good luck getting off the blacklist. It is a frustrating process.

PS: I was reading the Pixabay contract. Their stock image contract is extremely confusing. They mix up the tersm "royalty free" and "free." I think it is better to use a site that publishes with the crative commons license.
