I love cinnamon. I use it cinnamon sticks, powder and I use cinnamon essential oil topically (diluted) and I also diffuse it and take it internally.
I really enjoy your posts about healthy eating etc. since this is what I like to share with people and share the natural way of taking care of their health, so I'm following to see more of your great posts.
