My own is as long as starlink works with data,you will need data to access it outside the location.
If it's possible to use data outside your location you can just tell your client to on hotspot for youIt will work through the use of a relay system
Probably via other star

We can just leave it at Offertory, than try to give it a name that it's notI personally would call it Second Offertory
