We better leave some things for another day. The rate at which people are just trying to take things with levity, I mean with a small hand and they are expecting some huge amount of reports or reply to whatever they are doing is not that impressive to start with.
I have actually seen a lot of people come up with some funny ideas that. Doesn’t even work in the 1st place. And if you try as much as possible to tell them that OK, this plan is going to work, what do you mean? And if you tell them that this plan is going to work, they easily tell you that it will not work. The negativity that they bring into workplace and everything they do is not that impressive.
But what do you even have to do? Nobody has any other role to play or any other plan. Everybody just wants something that is. Correct. Or something that is different. If we can all come up with a very good idea with all those things, maybe we might have a change of ideology or a change of thought. And as we are looking at it now, it’s not looking like that at first time. So everyone just have to live with it for the rest of their life.
