Hi friends.

Sometimes we don't realize how much weight we carry. Throughout our lives, we carry on our backs a backpack full of experiences and feelings. What we put in it depends on what we live each day and how it makes us feel.

When we put in that backpack tones of bad thoughts, sadness, anger, or bad experiences, there comes a time when it becomes impossible to carry it. This prevents us from moving forward and feeling good. To avoid this, we must fill it with good emotions and experiences that make our load much lighter.

Hola amigos.

A veces no nos damos cuenta del peso que llevamos. A lo largo de nuestra vida, llevamos en la espalda una mochila llena de experiencias y sentimientos. Lo que ponemos en ella depende de lo que vivimos cada día y de cómo nos hace sentir.

Cuando metemos en esa mochila toneladas de malos pensamientos, tristeza, rabia o malas experiencias, llega un momento en que se hace imposible cargarla. Esto nos impide avanzar y sentirnos bien. Para evitarlo, debemos llenarla de buenas emociones y experiencias que hagan nuestra carga mucho más ligera.
