A the mark of any successful city is an open space in the center. That is often a park. IE: Central park.
You have to remember some people are so empathetic that they carry the weight of the world in the emotions and heart. Empathy is amazing, but when it over runs you then it is a complete imbalance of our own nature. You have got to care about your self at some point.
It is a balance between caring about you and caring about others. To be over empathic is to care to much, and to care too much about everyone else is poor self esteem. Spiritual is good, but too much of it takes us away from the material reality that we are in. You have to wake up. You must pay bills, and it is good to make an effort in the community.
