Yeah I make too much money to qualify for legal aid or a public defender and after two times in court already and not even being allowed to speak I have learned that Judges in Chicago HATE "jail house lawyers" or anyone trying to "represent themselves". If I go to court again without a lawyer I will almost certainly get convicted, go to prison and have a felony record.

Yeah the run a racket. They act like if you represent yourself that you didn't go through the proper steps to be in their dumb club. It is ridiculous. I had a frivilous lawsuit filed against me in Texas so I represented myself Pro Se and then filed a lawsuit against the morons in Arizona and even added the Lawyer who was representing the scammers and he tried to say I couldn't do that. I said...... I just did.....you can either represent yourself here in Arizona or hire an Arizona lawyer because you aren't licensed to practice law as a lawyer here.
I hope you can get some help from a reasonable lawyer. No one would help me with my situation when I had it and I had to spend all my time studying legal procedure in Texas and Arizona. It wasn't fun.
