A friend of mine already brought Chris Voss to my attention. I have been avidly devouring any YouTube videos I have found on Chris and his work. His approach could make life so much easier for everyone willing to listen and put it into practice. His stories and insights are fascinating. I would love to get my hands on the book. =)
