We are going to brainstorm on that issue soon. But at least it pay you back automatically if it happens to you instead of taking it as a "donation" as others do ;) I am sure we will find a nice solution.
Just make sure your post is votable and not in the last 12 hours.
The problem is difficult to track which URLs' rejected because refund only show some random ID. I suggest forward the rejected bids for next 3-5 rounds before make a refund.

@fyrstikken I appartently "donated" 4.288 SBD because i bidded but never got the upvote nor the refund. I was a common user but the time i spent the most i lost my hard earned money, i hope its fixed now...
