I would guess Steemian population of Tasmania to be pretty minimal. Have you checked the #tasmania tag? It has a few posts but the most recent looks like it's a month old.
Yeah, I know of a couple of inactive members, but looking over that tag, a lot of the posts are from people vacationing here. We have a beautiful location so we do get a fair bit of tourism.
It looked like that to me too, when I looked over the tag.
I know @j85063 is from Tassy, He is the only one I know of however.
