I am sorry but in my opinion it looks like @themarkymark is right. I see from your public steemit wallet that you've been using @minnowbooster in the past and the working assumption is that you've also read the Terms of Service (https://www.minnowbooster.net/tos). Your posts in my view obviously violate the minnowbooster photography posting rules. Maybe you can contact @minnowbooster on discord but I don't honestly believe that would work in your case.
What really strikes me and what I would ban you for if I were a steemit promotion service is what appears to be your abuse of promotion bots. For example, sending 20 steem to @smartsteem to promote your "sexiest dove" post that is a single photo with no text.
Really? 20 steem for a single photo post with no text? The only possible way I would pay anything close to 20 steem under any circumstance relating to a photo is a licensing fee to use the photo. Maybe that photo belongs to @smartsteem and it is a license fee? There's no text to determine either way if it's your original work or not. How would I know?

BUT @buildawhale (that uses @themarkymark Global Blacklist API) doesn't refund invalids bids and steal it to found @badcontent. "Photo by @sanchezpuukko" is three words. Since you seem to have no desire to read @minnowbooster's ToS here is the relevant part you're missing:
"...Length is subjective, but 150 words is a good safe guideline."
So three words is at least a start toward 150 words.
The policies of @themarkymark, @buildawhale, @minnowbooster, ect. are their own concerning refunds. If I were a promotion service I would ban you on grounds of promotion bot abuse and wouldn't refund you. Giving you a refund doesn't discourage you from such future activity and makes an example for others who want to make steemit a get rich quick scheme. After all, @buildawhale isn't refunding your bid and here you are in your last reply vowing to "...publish more elaborated content". You yourself seem to prove the @buildawhale policy works and helps to promote better content one way or another.

I tried helping you and after all that you're pulling a "no hablo inglés" when you didn't have reading problems with my first post and you seem to handle English well in your replies. There's very little text in any of your posts to show how well your English is so, fine, your English is poor for the sake of argument. You be you posting photography with three word content. At least now you're only sending @upmyvote one steem for promoting your "poor english" content rather than ten or twenty steem for photo only content.
