Absolutely agree. Meditation is such a powerful tool. My biggest problem is getting too caught up in everything that needs to get done that I fail to make time for it. However working in the garden is in itself quite meditative.

Right. You can well meditate by gardening or walking. Sitting with the legs crossed is just another form. I think one of the main advantage of sitting for meditation is stillness. Reach the state of you no longer feeling your body as you stopped moving completely, with your mind fully focused on your breathing.
