So how is MLM going 3 months later?

ha ha... haven't placed any other orders since. might still at some point, though most of the supplements I've been going for since weren't available through the company, only local stores.

did manage to write off quite a bit for the Euro trip though, and have also taken to doing "wine reviews" to write wine off as biz expense. lol.

Thank you for the update!

If you see MLM, just turn the other way and run.

Oh man, I bet this has got to be good... adding to the Watch Later list... :-)

Very late post but I wanted to chip in here. Not all MLMs are bad. There are some that are legit businesses and are great opportunities. But there are many illegal businesses (such as pyramid schemes) that mask themselves as MLMs. Also, lots of individuals tarnish the reputation of the industry by conning people out of their money and selling a false dream. The same can be said about ICOs and crypto. If I give someone bad crypto adivce and make them buy high and sell low, they will hate me and all cryptos. If I introduce someone to an ICO and it turns out to be a shitcoin where the creators run with the money, the person who took my advice will hate me and think all ICOs are scams. The same is with MLMs. Not all are bad, but there are a few scam ones. It all comes down to the research you do. Always do your research!

Great article but why do you spend so much money on health suppliments for you and your wife? Are you ill? Or a bodybuilder?

I don't spend that much yet.

High performance demands high quality fuel.

Haha - wise said ღ

Greetings for friend steemit all ... your post is very interesting to follow .. my prayers always give success.

Hi roksivante, you piece sounds interesting and helpful.more of you.stay steemed!

Great article, I will say Amen to this (May the lessons of the past proper us forward to make well-informed decisions laying the foundation for tomorrow's successes.)

Very interesting piece, I was wondering where you were going when I read that you swore off of it but decided to get right back into it. Good choice, morally and financially. Very pragmatic and well thought out.

It's always good to have an open mind and be able to revisit ideas and change out point of view!

Very interesting, and it's a great way to save on taxes, but there are plenty of ways to do it.
Have you considered to hire a tax firm or an expert?
They can give you plenty of advises all legally within the tax code without having to spend more in order to save.

just met with one on Friday.

though if I'm going to be spending on supplements anyways, may as well do it so it's a writeoff - as just one in a basket of strategies.

Oh, I absolutely agree with you. Write off everything you can!!!
I personally prefer to pay more to an accounting firm, than pay to the IRS. 😂😂😂
3/4 of the tax code is to save $ on taxes. The real experts can save you thousands every year!

hell yeah.

t'was funny - he shared a story of some guy who got hit with a $42million tax bill... they helped get it down to like $1.2million... and the guy was still bitching about a $15,000 bill for the service! lol.

If/when I get to that point, I'll be more than happy to hand over $15k for a $40 million savings!!

Me too! $15k is nothing for THAT kind of service!
I will even give him a bonus on top if I have that saving! LOL

It's great to take an old idea and find a better perspective to make it work for you. Good job. . . . glad to know this strategy lowers your taxes.

Smart idea! The wealthy do it all the time and the poor minds don't think twice about paying taxes; they complain but still pay without thinking of any real ways to minimize their taxes. A true example of the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, which opened my mind and helped me change my poor mindset.

Well written @rok-sivante. I used to love Brian Tracy's stuff myself :)

Wow. Am new on steemit and I hope to enjoy myself here. I actually have a phobia for network marketing. Tried some couple of them but it wasnt cool. Hoping to have a break through one day.

What i learned from MLM is you wanna be successful you gotta have the heart to help others, if your focus is only money i'm sorry to say you will have a hard time. Starting MLM at 19 i had financially retired at the age of 23 and with the freedom better financial situations i got from MLM.

MLM is a great place to learn and grow yourself to be a true entrepreneur. However i must say tons of people who joined my team quit, there were days where i had no income but what MLM teaches is about the right attitude, planning, strategies, goals , leadership and much more. For one to succeed in MLM one must never quit, as well as for someone to be successful in MLM the system of the company needs to be right. I don't believe in binary system and the distributors don't earn much. If you are in the right company with right products and right leader you will succeed.
