lol.. I agree that we will see when they bless us with the info... My thinking is that they can do it for profit, so the same could be true even if the charge was waived. Of course that will require the bigger players to give up profit (but if they see the volume drop a ton, then that might just incentivize them).
And you're right it is not something that people are going to wait too long on... its a really bad thing that won't be able to be swept under the rug. They can "wish it away" all they want, but that doesn't stop people from getting those messages and sending messages like this to me today:
