Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram ... the only reason these companies are making billions of $ is because of their user base (content creators).
Developers are also as much importance as the user base since they are the people responsible for crafting a form of symbiosis that can retain users.
If you have an amazing pot crafted by the developers and delicious honey (content creators) in it. We can say now that it will be natural for the bees (investors) to gather around that honey pot.
