After a long search of the Internet, many articles refer to the dream of several countries and companies to colonize the planet Mars, although there is only a very small amount of atomic oxygen.
The sky has been a challenge for people since the early stages of our civilization. The desire to reach the heavenly vault is reflected by countless myths from all the cultures of the world.
Over time, the strength of the flight has been freed from fantastic features and has been brought into the human plane by brilliant minds, such as Roger Bacon or Leonardo da Vinci, who have developed the first plans for tools to let man fly. With the Montgolfier Brothers Balloon, successfully launched in 1783, mankind really entered the flight era. This culminated with the 20th-century spatial successes when the man arrived for the first time in space and on Earth's natural satellite, the Moon.
The next target of the space programs is to explore the planet Mars. This goal is not only a whim but a first step towards the colonization of other planets, a mission considered essential for the survival of human civilization.
Among the potential causes that could cause human elimination are the impact of an asteroid, an accelerated global warming caused by permafrost meltdown, a supernatural eruption, a pandemic, or a nuclear war. Except for the latter, all these events have happened in the history of this planet, and they will still happen, the only uncertainty being the moment they will take place.
The American Space Agency is working on an extremely bold project to set up human colonies on Mars.
The cost of this program - which is just starting out in the research phase and is expected to be completed in 2030 - has been estimated at $ 11 billion (8 billion euros).
Scientists at the Ames Research Center - one of NASA's major scientific research centers - hope to persuade some of the richest people in the world to get involved in mission funding; billionaire Larry Page, Google co-founder, has already been asked to do so and has shown interest in supporting the project.
It will be a mission for fears; the journey will take 9 months, and the volunteers who will take part in it will have to consent to leave, knowing they will never return to Earth. The cost of their return to the native planet would be enormous, making the mission impossible to fund.
They would be supplied with those needed to establish a self-sustaining colony, but would live in extremely difficult conditions, including temperatures below zero degrees and a rare atmosphere.
Experts believe that in the first phase, four astronauts could build the Mars colony as a first step in establishing a permanent presence of humans on other planets. The first step to selecting an astronaut to withstand the mental pressures imposed by a trip to Mars is the psychological test. To be recognized as a suitable candidate for a long-term space mission, the astronaut must demonstrate that he can resist countless repetitive stressors without yielding. The most idealistic promises support a human mission on Mars by 2020, the most realistic is NASA's vision that could lead mankind to another planet after 2030, and the only reason to reach Mars is the human desire to explore. Mars will never be a "second Terra," it's unlikely to find life on Mars, and research on the planet can be made much easier with international robotic missions. Under these circumstances, we can ask ourselves if it would not be better to focus our attention on solving the problems we have caused to Earth, such as global warming.I wish you a good day for everyone and full of fulfillment, with love Ionut Ciobanu.

Daca corectezi astea, putem discuta mai multe despre relationare si comunitate in SteemSTEM.
Adica daca as pleca exact cand pamantul este lovit de un asteroid si m-as opri dupa un an as vedea exact continuarea.
Deci orice calatorie in timp devine un lucru egoist, dorinta de a avea lucrurile cum iti doresti tu, in ciuda a ceea ce vor ceilalti, ei devenind doar pioni in tesatura ta.
