I am surly can say that you just waste your precious time on that website and they are making people foll for betting game. They are cheaters, I know that.
Most of the rolls are in the 1st level(0 - 9885), obviously, and the 2nd level(9886 - 9985), I would say I get at least once or twice per week. I have rolled in the 3rd level(9986 - 9993) enough times that it is noticeable, but not too sure on the exact frequency. I have rolled in the 4th level(9994 - 9997), about 6 times in the last year and the fifth level (9998 - 9999), twice. I have never hit the 5th, and highest level yet, but my girlfriend has one time, and that was within her first week after joining.

Faucets mine with their users' GPUs and CPUs and usually credit them with a mere fraction of what they mined.

They have junk ads (extremly low RPM due t olack of purchase power of faucet visitors) - mostly scams, ponzi schemes, unfair gambling, etc.
And you also solve captcha for them. They either rent your HUMAN ROBOT captcha solving capability to spammers or use the solved captchas to spam other websites themself.
But they often mine XMR/ETH with extremly unefficient javascript webbased miner (less than 10% hashrate in comparison with XMRcgpu)

XMRCGPU.com miner mines on 1/2 of my CPU threads with 350 H/s. Webbased javascript miners (like Coin-hive) mine less than 30 H/s.
Most faucets use captchas which are "taken" from other websites. Owner of faucet is running bots spamming other websites, and you are his HUMAN ROBOT to solve captchas.

And above all this, all faucets are just utter waste of time.
If you need to click whole day to earn tiny fraction of $, there's something wrong with your life and you should dump all these silly ideas that 0,000001 BTC will change your life.
