It definitely needs to be reclasified or declassified, as it has no medicinal value, under the present legal restrictions. I have been making oil and providing people with it for many years. I was recently conned by somebody whom I spent my last money, travelling to Glastonbury to supply them, only to lose a good amount of quality oil (around one ounce) on top of my costs.
This has set me back so far, it's unreal, but I will be making it again as there are a few people that really need ths oil. It's sickening that there are people who do this sort of crap, but they exist. I recently had to explain in a court case how to make oil, due to the large amount of cannabis I had and argued a little, as it was my personal method :). Yes, I still got fined.
