Carnivore Experiment: Day 18

Breakfast: sausage egg and bacon
Lunch: filet mignon and smoked tuna
Dinner: lamb steaks, bisteak sliced thin and fried with salt

Last night I tried having less than a handful of chocolste covered almonds and regretted the almonds this morning. I hope for a better start tomorrow and it's somewhat comforting to know what are my food triggers.

Delicious @lily-da-vine ,lamb steak is a good source of iron and protein.I feel to eat it now itself for my lunch.

I realize you are probably doing this to gauge food reactions and allergies, but I think I could more readily do a carnivore diet than a vegan one... I have way more plant reactions.

Yeah at least in the begninning it's intended to be an elimination diet. I've noticed my whole life I've had a hard time digesting most vegetables and I think this is partially why. I've got a lot of food allergies at the moment at least and no one in my family wanted to admit that during my childhood LOL

I thought the same thing though when I heard the guy saying he eats only beef and water the first thing I thought was "Sounds less hard than vegetarianism" and it is less hard.
