I am not sure how to respond..because I was/am never into any such groups but I would like to say we should be positive always...So like you replied here

Also, there is an old saying - "A cord of three strands is not quickly broken."

I will also say Lets HOPE FOR THE BEST AND PREPARE FOR THE WORST and wish every success for this..I would like to be part of it so somepoints are yet to get a clear picture in my head..

But lets move...there should be starting trouble and let me know when it will take off and how we could be able to get those 10 posts with #CCC tag..

It is really not a group, per se, as it is free to join one day and not other days. It is newbies helping newbies and not let any votes go to dust or wasted.
Those with more than 120 SP, they might not need this and self-vote, but, they can also join to network.
Give it one post - @cicisaja is the first and the train has started to burn fuel.

1. read the rules

Can challenges and contests can post with this tag...say if it is having 200 words and ofcourse provided photos are genuine...
