Yes, those are the risks I'm talking about. You losing control, and someone cloning peakd and removing the blacklist feature. I talk about this in the article, you are afraid of the competitive advantage that a 'free' alternative to @peakd would have over you.
@themarkymark is the person running the censorship on this network, in case you did not know. I don't think his opinion matters too much. It's like asking the FED if the USD is a good and fair currency.
Then you should not use Hivemind API, nor any other non-consensus data in your interface. As long as you use it, you will not be fully decentralized
