RE: “Le Male” 🇬🇧 🇪🇸

It is indeed true that smelling coffee beans reset our smell. For example, if you go to a wine tasting, you'll see small bowls filled with coffee beans, in case the people who taste (and sniff) want to reset their smell.

There is a difference between fragrance and perfume though; "real" perfume is made with amber or the synthetic variant ambroxan. The reason why perfume is so expensive (and can't be cheap, is due to the fact that whales have become a threatened species (hence the creation of the synthetic version)). Not sure if I remember correctly, but the quality of the amber decides how long a perfume is sticking to people, therefore: the price. The longer something sticks, the longer you can use it (as you need less of it), but then we're being pushed as consumers to think about the whales etc. which isn't a bad thing in general, but that's why (the lack of) awareness helps us to decide what we buy and what manufacturers decide to make.
