@stackin since the power is in our hands, same hands that upvotes this anomalous accounts. Why don't we have a report on them pasted on something like a notice board, so we can avoid encouraging them with our precious upvotes and reserve it for those deserving of it. Also there should be a way to limit the amount of posts a person can make.

Sounds like a good idea to me... Limiting posts to 4 a day will help solve some problems that we complain about everyday :)
