I have to say I like your content. They way how you present it. Reading that post I had the feeling that you are familiar with dealing with many people in public. In my case, as a professional football player is that way, that's why I can totally understand what you wrote about. In my business it's not every time the player with the most talent will get a transfer to a bigger club. No its the whole player, how do you play, what are your skills and what feelings you spread while watching you. Upvote for you.

I think they key word is "awareness" and some many call it emotional intelligence.... there are so many levels to it though. People always ask how do you develop these of type skills, well they have to do tons of self reflection and put themselves in tons of situations that challenges them, however one must learn from it also.
When I explain this to people, they get totally lost but that's very understandable... because they don't have it yet lol
