I like this move because they developed and supported their pawn and then you respond by developing/attacking. It makes them on their next move consider defending. White already has the advantage by moving first so you might as well be the first to attack.
well I guess they are already defending but still a good development and you can always use the bishop later to try and freeze the knight due to the queen. That center pawn becomes weaker
