That's a friendly season for all the work out lovers, Warner weather makes us sweat more hence better results of any work out, isn't it ?
YEs thats a good point, and for me I walk more inthe warmer months, and indeed often it leads ot sweating, it doesn’t bother me, but I know many who dont like walking in summer for that reason
