Hey Jay, good to see you still walking when you can. Jeez 10,000 steps a day would be quite a big achievement for anyone. Who has the time? Are you doing the actifit thing?

Part of my Walking is my Hyper side, I cannot even stand still while waiting for the train to arrive, and I always get to places between 5 and 10 Minutes early so I Pace up and down the platform while i wait.
Same at work, Most I can sit at my desk is 30 Minutes or so then I need to stretch my legs, and always take a good walk after lunch, it all adds up
I have tried to use actifit but had issues logging into it and never tried again, Maybe i should

It is good to keep active no matter how much or little. You seem to have a bult in advantage with the hyper thing.
I haven't tried the actifit program. I'm not much of a joiner of things.
I do like the fact tha actifit keeps track of steps however the one thing i dont like is you have to post your steps as a post from the app, as you know I post photos, and hate the idea of doing a post from the app and then having to edit it to add mto my normal post style, if they allowed producing a code I could add into a post I preapare on MY pC then I would be more keen on it
