需要准备哑铃,下斜凳。

主要锻炼胸肌。
分解动作
- 双腿固定在下斜凳,双手拿住哑铃。
- 缓缓向后靠在下斜凳,双手手掌向前举起哑铃至顶部,然后再缓缓落下到极限,下降速度要慢于举起的速度。
- 重复动作。
