说到炒饭，我最熟悉的就是蛋炒饭或者单调的扬州炒饭，平平常常的家常口味，没有任何的新意。这周在朋友的带领下去雀蓝吃了一款很有创意的炒饭，金沙牛肉泰米饭。
When speaking fried rice, my most familiar fried rice is egg fried rice and monotonous Yangzhou fried rice, which are simple common tastes and don't have any creativity. In this week, I go to quelan to have a lunch with my friend, we choose the signature dish-- beef rice, which is delicious.
这个一上来很香 也特别有食欲。牛肉粒搭配彩椒和洋葱,空口吃有点油,拌着香软的黄米饭正好。自己在网上百度了一下制作过程，其实很简单，自己在家也能尝试着做做。
It is nice-smelling and appetitive when the waiter serve up the rice. If you just eat beef granules with color pepper and onion, it will be greasy, but if you eat with yellow rice, it will become delicious. I searched in baidu about the process of beef rice, which is simple. Maybe I can try it at home.
