OK! A few years back I grew my own coffee trees in my humble suburban backyard in Australia. After growing as small saplings, they eventually matured and produced coffee cherries!

I was amazed by the whole process. Very cool. I picked, dried and roasted them (using an air popcorn machine!). I didn't make a brewed coffee with them, but ate many on their own or with chocolate.

Actually, speaking of chocolate, my Dad lives next door to an Australian chocolatier in Mudgee, NSW. I'll add a link..
