He's telling,
if EOS takes similar 'witness system' like 'Steem', then EOS could be break down...
Steem has more than 50% of its value (it prevent price fixing by witness)
but EOS only could only take about 10% of it.
and to prevent price fixing by witness some day, Steem also have to open clearly what they are doing.
this makes @oldstone hesitate to invest in EOS.
maybe... it's what he wanted to say.
