The same goes for the comments section on Steemit itself and I think the the writing of inane comments like 'Great post, I'm glad I know that now fine sir' is also a straw on the camels back.

hehheheh yes I have seen this too. Although we tell people to comment as much as possible and from what I hear, they are doing just what they are told. I think explanations need to be in more detail
