Both options are different. A Brilliant creative person can work as a team worker, but a team worker might be a brilliant one or not. To be a successful worker on team one need to be creative. Otherwise he/she will be counted as average category.
Yea it's important to be a team worker in order to be able to achieve growth and success in any organization. A tree cannot make a forest
"TEAM" is a four-letter word. I've been in a strong team-oriented environment and was stifled by management. My creativity tends to disrupt the status quo and I couldn't be happier about it.

Both types have their roles. In some jobs you need someone creative and someone good with people to manage them, in others everyone needs to be strong team workers.

In general, I think we value team very highly when we talk and independent creativity when we do. Getting a team to work well and create well is harder work, but more rewarding with richer results than independent creativity. There should, however, be a place for both.
Your consistency towards this contest is alarmingly commendable man.

About team and solo, I think there is main statement. if you want go fast go alone, if you want go long, go with team.
As with most things, context is important. I don't think you could generally say one is more important than the other but if we are speaking career wise, being a team player is likely more important.
If we are talking about success though, I would argue that creativity is needed to make it in today's world. Whether it's making yourself stand out on your resume or through other means, it will lead to success. Creativity also implies critical thinking which would lead to problem solving abilities - Something that is also important for success, showing that you are able to think for yourself and do what needs to be done without others telling you what to do.
Life does not have a universal measuring tool; so create yours and use it.
Looking at people and comparing yourself with them will not make you better but bitter. If you know the sort of load the chameleon carries, you would'nt ask why it takes those gentle strides. So, enjoy what you have and be grateful to God for it. Pass to everyone on ur list to learn from other's mistakes!

Hi dear @bunnypuncger i hope you are doing well. I think both would be good to be because being very creative, sometimes people need the help of a team, depending on what you do. The big projects start from very low. Without the help of a team there may be no success.

If you are going to deactivate a pump I prefer it to be a bright and creative
no one is an island of knowlege but that doesnt mean one shouldnt have anything to present and when more than one person come together, they achieve the goal faster and better.
It's the only thing that makes us more unique. Because being mainstream's kinda bit boring for the others. While if you have creativity, you can stand out from them, making yourself visible to the eyes of many, because of being unique! :) This is my first time to join in this contest and I think this is great! @bunnypuncher thank you so much for this opportunity. :)

In today's age, team players are what it's all about. Unfortunately, teams are generally led not by the best minds, but the best voices. People with stronger personalities tend to rise to the top in a team whilst the creative minds prefer to be the ones making it happen.

To succeed in life it's better to be a good team worker... but many would prefer to be a single, brilliant creative. I know I would. But am also aware that it will make life harder for myself.
I’d rather be brilliantly creative. Anyone can be a team player (sheep), but the latter is a talent you can only be born with. That’s value in the workplace, that can’t be replaced so easily. Just like creative genius of our time, Steve Jobs... nothing brilliantly creative coming out of Apple no more. Just more of the same.

i believe one can come to the conclusion that being a team worker > brilliantly creative person.
Occasionally celebrate Eid al-Fitr with ourselves in loneliness. At such times, we will feel closer to the Creator. We will be more grateful for what we already have, one of them family. We can also contemplate how we should live our lives in the days to come.

We may be accustomed to being at home with the big family during Idul Fitri, drowning in the festive atmosphere, so as not to have a meaning to Ramadan and Eid more deeply. Well when we ourselves, it would be nice if trying to be more solemn to worship and contemplate our life so far with berikaf in mosque.

Sometimes being bright is not enough, in this platform no matter how good your posts are, if you do not have a team that supports your content, it is likely that you will not achieve your goals quickly, I know many brilliant people, but they always needed someone who will support your idea or project .
