As with most things, context is important. I don't think you could generally say one is more important than the other but if we are speaking career wise, being a team player is likely more important.
If we are talking about success though, I would argue that creativity is needed to make it in today's world. Whether it's making yourself stand out on your resume or through other means, it will lead to success. Creativity also implies critical thinking which would lead to problem solving abilities - Something that is also important for success, showing that you are able to think for yourself and do what needs to be done without others telling you what to do.
