Day 10 of the Daily Steemit Selfie Challenge begins now!
Our registered players are competing against each other in an elimination endurance contest where their selfies must be posted on a daily basis and must meet the theme qualifications. Not only must they post their qualifying selfies prior to the deadline to avoid elimination, they are also competing against one another for bonus points. In each round, I will reward at least two selfies with bonus points.

The secret Bonus Bonus Point thing for the last round was the word “pepper.” Any selfie with the word “pepper” in it gets a bonus bonus point! I wonder what I'll be looking for this time!

WATER-IN PHILIPPINES TUBIG!
Been having a LOT of trouble posting this, too bad this contest is going on while the platform is behaving badly. Anyway... here is my pic, after hours and hours of trying. In it I have included earth, wind, fire, water, the sky is seen through the window, I have minerals in the form of silver bullion, gold dust, quartz cluster from Mt. Ida, Arkansas, plant (Peace Lily, my living "spell" for humanity), animal (that is a cat's ear) and a piece of frozen green pepper. There is a chalice and blade, fork and spoon. My hands were unavailable for this picture as one was holding a cat and the other was holding a camera, but hands were used to make this photo.

I went to the dermatologist yesterday and he told me not to wear makeup until I get an allergy test taken, which is 3 weeks away...so yay for selfies!!! BUT I'M IN IT TO WIN IT!! This challenge gave me a great opportunity to go check out some natural beauty on this georgeous day. @papa-pepper, do you recognize where we are?

yes i think its called condensation. I always keep my peppers in the freezer that way i can use then when ever i'm ready.

So this was a fun way to start my Saturday morning.
I've got a cool idea I told my wife. you throw water in my face and I'll get a selfie of it. She was a bit dubious about it, but agreed to give it a go.
Many glasses of water later we still hadn't been able to get our timing right, so we ended up with the following shot instead.
We also tried some gifs to see if that would work (do gifs qualify @papa-pepper?)
My wife's arm was getting a bit tired by now and her aim was a bit off - missed me completely!
It probably didn't help that she was laughing so much ;-)
