It was definitely some kind of bug with Steemit itself, but let’s not get into that. Because of some powerful autovotes the post earned WAY too much for a fuck up.
So, instead of just apologizing and pocketing the SP and SBD, I’ve decided to make a short writing contest to reimburse the community and hopefully spread some love and fun.
I'll just round the total off to $75 SBD which is worth slightly more than the original payout I received.
In order to keep things simple, let’s make this a Haiku Contest!
And, yes.
The topic will be conspiracies…
What else did you expect?
Conspiracy Haiku
Contest Rules
- Please post your Haikus in the Comments below.
- Please limit your Haikus to two per account.
- The Haiku should contain some element relating to the CIA.
48 Hr Contest
Entries will be accepted in the first 48hrs only.
(There are limits to my fondness for Haikus)
Topic: Should be CIA Related
Prizes
There will be 10 prizes of $5 SBD and one Grande Prize of $25 SBD
Bonus: Depending on how this post performs, I will be adding at least another $25 SBD in prizes ;)
Note:
This contest is simply meant to be fast and loose.
I’ll be announcing the winners sometime after the 48hr window closes.
UTC time of posting = 12:40 November 18, 2017

Hey thanks man.
You're a top bloke, keep up the great work.
Thanks @v4vapid, it was fun and challenging to try conveying so much in so few words.
Had fun thanks for setting it up!
Data dump is done
Nowhere to hide, On the run
Dart, heart attack gun
Great idea V, I'll give it a go...
I hope this isn't lost in translation, rags is UK slang for newspapers.

All hail the mogul
The DNC hack
The president is a whack
Bring Obama back!
lol, nice... the president is a whack for sure but Obama is a full on CIA asset in my opinion.
Thanks for making an entry:)
Haha you are probably right, the other line I was thinking of using was, "Is Obama black?"
I went for the more kosher one
The real questions - Is Michelle really Michael & was Barry born in America?
Thanks for this opportunity! Here goes:
Ratlines and brownstones
Counterintelligence files
Limited hangouts
Help the enemy of my enemy,
Arm them up and train them, for they are our friends,
Until the weapons are turned on US, then we arm the enemy of our new enemy!

Help the enemey
of my enemy today
then kill enemy
OBL
CIA agent in pursuit
She was not breathing
He turned on the gun radar
He shot and killed her.

Were your souls born DOA?
Please, just go away!
I know Haiku does not have to rhyme, my OCD says it does... lol!
Super article !! I do not know if I understand correctly and i can not translate Is the first time I see "Haiku" in french I never seen .. but it's really interesting :D I will look at the comments for an example and try to do later
Peut être c'est pas clair... tout simplement, c'est un titre fait d'un combination de "haiku" et "coup d'état".
CIA is not working properly
The Castros shows the dark side of communism
The communism destroys Venezuela
Obama is black.
Hillary email got hacked.
No Such Agency....

CIA tests the rays of death
Drugs, guns, murder, lies,
Liberty and truth despised,
Hate, war , death: arise.

The Beers are on me
The Beers are for everyone here
Beers all round, thanks dude!
Can't believe I missed this, I've been posting haikus like crazy and even wrote some conspiracy ones, love that you provided this opportunity for our community. Maybe I'll catch the next one, there were some great entries here. Congrats to all the winners.
Ah that's a shame, would of loved to of had a few more submissions but there will be more contests in the near future. I enjoyed the haiku format as it is both simple and challenging...much more difficult than 144 characters.
Yes I completely agree. @Moonleesteem also runs a weekly Steemit Haiku Contest, there are some pretty good entries as well if you check out the winning announcement posts. I look forward to catching your next contest in the future, just followed you and will be checking in more often. The haiku format is indeed unmatched in simplicity and complexity when approached from many angles and intentions
