Can't believe I missed this, I've been posting haikus like crazy and even wrote some conspiracy ones, love that you provided this opportunity for our community. Maybe I'll catch the next one, there were some great entries here. Congrats to all the winners.

Ah that's a shame, would of loved to of had a few more submissions but there will be more contests in the near future. I enjoyed the haiku format as it is both simple and challenging...much more difficult than 144 characters.
Yes I completely agree. @Moonleesteem also runs a weekly Steemit Haiku Contest, there are some pretty good entries as well if you check out the winning announcement posts. I look forward to catching your next contest in the future, just followed you and will be checking in more often. The haiku format is indeed unmatched in simplicity and complexity when approached from many angles and intentions
