The Steem he has got was hard work for over three months. You don't expect him to power all. Of course, he'd but someone needing to settle very pressing issues needs to weigh both ends
I don't want to be mean/rude, but a fact is a fact.
This contest is mainly for people, who don't have enough bandwidth to leave comments.
I currently have 80.804 Steem Power, and it's currently enough for 100+ comments.
So 45.433 Steem Power should be enough for 50+ comments.
There are many more people with less Steem Power, especially new users, and they can only write a few comments before they run out of RC (Resource Credits).

Last time I checked you're not one of the judges. If we begin to walk through the path you're following then we would nominate everyone not minding how active they are. These ones you mentioned, how active are they? The person I nominated has been adding so much value to the blockchain. Go through the blog and check.
I could give reasons why your nominations are wrong but I wouldn't want to drag issues or spoil someone's favor. I repeat. Allow the judges to decide, they are not daft, neither are they blind to see.
If they told you to help them check, then I'd not bother. The ones you mentioned could be fake accounts anyways.

He has been actively upvoted/upvoting posts on a daily basis since many months, but he started to be active with resteeming 4 days ago (2018.10.18), and he wrote his introduction post 14 hours ago (2018.10.22, 03:46 CEST).
@darknyx is a new user, so we currently can't talk about how active she is. She is registered on Steemit on 2018.10.13.
Their accounts are just two examples, and they could be fake. There are a lot of people with small amount of Steem Power on Steemit.
The two people you mentioned have been inactive and wouldn't value this delegation. The first registered since March and has only made 3 posts. How can you explain that.
Maybe you're the owner of these accounts.. Who knows?
The delegation should help minnows who also would add value to the blockchain. Not any random person.
Why would they give delegation to someone who's inactive. Don't come hear to shout you're stating fact. So the fact you're stating is that they should Delegate to someone that posted threes times in 7 months. Wtf.

The fact that I stating is that the account you nominated above (@greenewalks) is in no serious need of Steem Power delegation, and there are a lot of people, who have less Steem Power than he have. You have not been adding value to the blockchain ever since you joined. You joined since may 2017 and have not made over a hundred SP. As far as I know my calculations well, you've either been inactive and indifferent or not adding value ever since you joined. Which is too bad for business

I just Powered Down many months ago. I exchanged to Bitcoin (BTC), then to Euro, then to HUF (Hungarian Forint).
I spent most of the money on expensive bills and bought some food.
Without this, I could not have paid those bills.
But it's true that I became a little inactive on Steemit lately.
The reason for this is the fact that almost no one cares about my posts nowadays, no matter what I write about, what I post, what I do.
