I am also stuck making the same things. I have a cast iron skillet that is under utilized. All I have made in it so far is stir-fry. I am looking to make pot pie and corn bread in it, but have not gotten around to them yet.

I love watching gif recipes for ideas, just search that in duckduckgo and you should be able to find many.

Here are some of recipes that I am looking forward to making soon. Hopefully ;)

Huevos Rancheros-Inspired
Chicken pot pie
Sweet potato curry
Potato latkes with applesauce
Shepherd’s Pie
Roasted Winter Vegitables

Hope that helps ya out a little.

By the way what kind of things do you like to cook?

Green Bean Casserole (or Hot Dish if you're from Minnesota) is amazing, basically you just need:

4 Cans of green beans
2 small cans of cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
1 1/2 cups of whole milk
2 cups of crispy fried onions (like French's Fried Onions or knock-offs)

First add the beans and the cream of mushroom soup to a pan, mix them together and slowly add the milk, when that's all set, mix in at least a cup of the fried onions, and make sure it's all mixed well. When you're ready to bake it, toss the rest of the fried onions on top to make a crispy layer of deliciousness. Bake it at 375˚F for 8 to 12 minutes, or just until the onions turn golden brown.

It serves quite a few people, or one hungry person, or one normal person for several days. I usually make this around Thanksgiving, but it's just so good you could make it whenever.

Ouu yes this is a good one, I am biased to Tater Tot Hot Dish though!

My go to is a tomotilla chicken chilli.

Sautee onions and pablano peppers
Do a quick sear on some chopped chicken
Roast Tomotillas in the oven
Get your chili spices and throw everything in a big pot with some beans, cover and cook dat shit for a few hours.

With big love from me,
JGV
