Why people who train on a daily basis achive more than others?
It doesn't really matter what kind of sport you are doing.
Problems of modern lifestyle:

When you put it like this it is so logical. But with the workdays and travel time it can be quite a hassle to reach 30 minutes a day. Recently I started walking every time I take a call that I know is longer than 10 minutes. Pumped up my km's per day to 10 :)!
Yes, perfect. Walking while phone calling, choosing stairs over escalator, few push ups a day, some burpees and that's it.
It's difficult to change your life allover...you just have to find some fine tunning over your day;)
