It's all about presenting jargon you picked up in-between naps taken during lectures of a minor subject at a university you dropped out from, for example:

My weather blog - follow, upvote - stay tuned: Weathergirl susie: I observe it is cumulonimbus clouds and winds bearing South-south-east at 5kph. It could look like it might rain during some point in the next 12 hours in some locations to a degree of indeterminate coverage (minimum 7 square miles maximum 40 square miles and 0.2mm to maximum 6 mm). After 48 years of being alive, I have observed these phenomenon and clouds and wind offer the highest probability to predict precipitation during months July to August. These are my own opinions, decide for yourself about taking an umbrella".

Sort:

If there's more ant activity than normal, it's going to rain.
If the birds are suddenly quite, it'll probably storm.
If the bees are out, it's probably not going to be a windy day.
etc. etc.
