Hey mate, if you look at the order books, you couldn't actually sell that much until 90c. If a seller did that, they'd realize well below a dollar on average. Same on our side - if we bought 30K at market we'd be paying well above a dollar. OTC is all about mutually beneficial high volume trades - someone wants to sell a chunk at a reasonable price and someone else is willing to buy a chunk if the price is right.
