That is a pretty large order, I highly doubt someone would want to do that kind of exchange when they can sell at several percentage points higher and just use different exchanges to prevent slippage. Sorry not trying to be a dick here but doesn't make a lot of economic sense.
Hey mate, if you look at the order books, you couldn't actually sell that much until 90c. If a seller did that, they'd realize well below a dollar on average. Same on our side - if we bought 30K at market we'd be paying well above a dollar. OTC is all about mutually beneficial high volume trades - someone wants to sell a chunk at a reasonable price and someone else is willing to buy a chunk if the price is right.
