Binance is expanding to Europe, while trying to minimize it's risks for entering the Eurozone. Malta, a small island nation in the Mediterranean, has been chosen for it's small republic government. It has been deemed "pro-blockchain" and the government is excited about the prospects of Binance operations within their borders.
Chinese government officials continue to struggle in the battle to contain freedom of currency in China. The country is blooming with new users and innovators, and it is proving to be larger than the regulators can handle.
This new realization is sparking fears of further government tyranny in the new innovative sector.

Of course, why would China leave the possibility of making money to others. In the Book "Why we want You to become rich" by Robert Kiyosaki and Donald J.Trump, at that time they write about constant growth of China and India...They are doing so many investments through out Europe, in my country in Serbia they have major freeways investments. They are 2 billion...and nobody to survive...Why would they live that piece of cake to somebody...? But they are also playing like French free ladies. We say in our language: "The do a little bit on this chair and a little bit on that chair". Anyway, they are super force, and lowered down the prices of all major products, mean their production price...
Actually it is possible that they want to encourage European citizens to use Binance a lot more.Great move in my opinion. Also Malta is known as a tax paradise. So it is a win-win move
I've heard this morning about Binance.
That was a very good news and they reacted very fast!
It's amazing watching the BNB rally in the minds of a raging crypto bear market. I think even die-hard bitcoin maximalists are putting their coins into BNB at this point.
What the hell is wrong with China. Why can't they get along. No matter what they do, crypto is the future and it will find a way
What you should ask is "what is wrong with governments" you think only Chineese dickheads are trying to supress the masses? nhenhenhe... :)
Guys I'm just trying to be realistic here.If the financial system was threatened they could easily buy up all the current crypto currencies in the world and hold it. Or even worse, with the amount of money central banks possess they could play Pump and dump game all the time up to the point where cryptocurrencies will not be attractive to Ordinary People anymore. The whole market cap of 160 billion or something is nothing when compared to 750 trillion global economy. I am sure that the whole blockchain technology is build not to disrupt the financial system but to make it transitional step from the current debt economy by some government. Anybody who has some brains knows that current economy model is doomed to a default, and let's only hope that the transition will happen smoothly.
If they try to buy it all the price would go to unbelievable levels. Also if they gain control of a crypto, we can go elsewhere to one they don't control.
I am telling you this @investing guy knows his shit. We have so many Crypto's to play with we could always move around......
They can only buy it if people agree to sell. And as @investing said, that would only happen if the price soars.
I've watched your 9min video on youtube and I've also subscribed to your Chanel.
My observation here is that Chinese government do always band what they are afraid of. It's a pity to the citizens that the chinese government isn't giving them their liberty to make choices on what they wanna do.
About the prices of cryptocurencies in the market going way down. I've always been asking myself the same question you asked in the videos you posted on you tube.
"when is it gonna rise again?"
I really don't understand what affect these prices I'm totally a crypto novice and I wish I had the answers.
The prices of these currencies scares me to invest much but if I have the guarantee that I'm not gonna regret or loose badly then I'll invest more.
Right now all I need is answers
No body of the Chinese government has issued an official statement to the effect that cryptocurrency exchanges in China are to be closed. It is a rumor. I wouldn't put it past some Chinese officials starting rumors like this in order to cause the prices of cryptocurrencies to dip in order to buy them and sell for profit after an official statement is issued to the effect that no actions will be taken.
Well I would say this is a very good news coz its an indication that the news of crypto is really spreading far and beyond.
And as for China, this is already a lost course for them. They can't success no matter how hard they try to fight and difficult they may seem. They will soon and very soon come to the reality that crypto is unstoppable .
Yeah, in business, if you feel threatened by a thing, go ahead to another thing.
Like my dad would say, "thriving is better than surviving"
Its a smart move for Binance I must say.
Blending the little from China with the great prospect in Malta and other countries, its gonna be a great one.
#There'sHope
#TeamHodlers.
Thanks for sharing @investing and Bravo to Binance, this certainly would keep the crypto ship sailing..
well i think after meeting with parliamentary secretary MR SILVLO SCHEMBRL
we were impressed by the logical. clear and forward thinking nature of Malta's
leadership
to hear this news about binance it force me to think that the centrelized
exchanges are part of crypto and maybe we cannot leave these exchanges
because the success of centrelized exchanges behind crypto is big part
so we need to wait some more time to completly see decentrilzed system but one thing more these centrelized exchanges are big part to increase value of crypto market
Binance moving to Malta is the best move. Such a welcoming place and a great combo working together. We are getting there guys. Not much longer now and crypto will hit the mainstream.... 🚀🔥🚀🔥🚀🔥🚀🔥
China has already declared total war on cryptocurrencies after witnessing frenzied speculation and growing popularity among investors over initial coin offerings (ICOs) and bitcoin trading. After failing to snuff out such trading by shutting down domestic exchanges, authorities have blocked all websites related to cryptocurrency and ICO trading – including foreign platforms to quash the market completely.
The Chinese government’s rolling clampdown has roiled global markets for bitcoin and other digital tokens over the past few months. Regulators around the world are stepping up scrutiny of cryptocurrencies amid concerns over excessive speculation, money laundering and tax evasion.
Yea china though lives in its own world
Good one
Um new, its good to see knowledge out here
@investing That's great news from my humble point of view!
Hope this induces mass adoption sooner than expected. Big things are coming for sure. Thanks for the heads up!
So Malta is the place to be. Interesting. I never thought of Malta as being particularly pro blockchain but I suppose you can keep your foot print light and move if needed.
I recently went through this article
One of the fastest growing crypto exchanges over the past year, Binance, announced on its official blog its intention to move operations to the European island of Malta. This decision comes after the difficulties experienced to operate under the conditions imposed by the Japanese government. A few weeks ago the Asian newspaper Nikkei reported that the Financial Services Agency of Japan (FSA) said Binance was operating in Japan with no registration and judged that investors could suffer damage. In turn, this led many investors panicked, and this immediately led to a bearish trend in bitcoin prices.
All over the world, authorities have moved from urging caution to active regulation against cryptocurrencies. China is leading the world in taking the most extreme regulatory route.
China Sucks
With the restrictions in other countries Malta seems like a good deal. It is very progressive when it comes to crypto.
Let's see how it goes
About China, they're on a different wavelength right now. They need the accept this now, it's really getting annoying
"Even though the news is not bad by itself, Malta has a very bad reputation within Europe when it comes to money. Money laundry, connection to russian state and russian mafia (which is about the same), gambling etc. This is not exactly a partner you would proudly present.
A piece of good news, In this long dip days I'm glad to hear this news. I hope Binance Will spread like this, more and more countries start to accept it.
woah!! that's a great achievement China has done over crypto, a big country like China having a huge population accepting crypto would help crypto to grow and achieve its goals to cross 8$ value of sbd by the end of this year....
Hi @investing binance team is really smart they always have a solution in hands so if china don't support them so they go to another place that's the real deal. Regards
Digital currency trading exchange Binance intends to relocate to Europe in a play to leave behind harsh regulatory crackdowns and uncertainty in Asia. With the move, Binance will relocate its primary operations from Japan to the island nation of Malta.
The majority of the community has since reacted favorably to the announcement, as digital currency advocates have long expressed dissatisfaction for strict regulatory practices. Further, Binance’s Malta relocation may allow the company to engage with fiat trading, as Binance currently only supports crypto-to-crypto trading.
MALTA INVITES BINANCE, HOPES TO BECOME DIGITAL CURRENCY ‘TRAILBLAZERS’
As Bloomberg reported, the news follows a warning from Japan’s Financial Services Agency (FSA) which stated that Binance was operating without approval. In recent months, Japan issued a series of warnings to digital currency exchanges operating in the country.
"Chinese government officials continue to struggle in the battle to contain freedom of currency in China. The country is blooming with new users and innovators, and it is proving to be larger than the regulators can handle"
That's great news.
That is indeed great and an amazing news
I appreciate your work.
Really thats a great news Crypto is our feature and is growing day by day keep sharing
Now lets see what looking forward move of china they continue of ban crypto or now they change the thought because they also know very well that crypto is good . In g20 summit clearly said the true fact of crypto .
great initiative by binance its really good for overall cryptocuarrencies so thanks this great post keep it up and stay blessed.
crypto is on fire and is growing in the whole world and soon every one accept itgreat work thanks foosharing it isgood news Chinese government officials continue to struggle in the battle to contain freedom of currency in China. The country is blooming with new users and innovators, and it is proving to be larger than the regulators can handle.
This new realization is sparking fears of further government tyranny in the new innovative sector.
Yes sir, It has been deemed "pro-blockchain" and the government is excited about the prospects of Binance operations within their borders.
Binance, the Hong Kong-headquartered cryptocurrency exchange, ranked third in the world based on 24-hour volume, will move its operation from Japan to Malta after a warning from Japanese regulators.
Binance has relocated its operations several times due to tightened regulatory control. Last September, the Chinese government banned initial coin offering (ICO) and shut down cryptocurrency exchanges. As a result, Binance moved to Japan in October.
But last Friday, Binance received a warning letter from Japan’s Financial Services Agency saying it was operating in Japan without a license. The FSA plans to work with police to file criminal charges if Binance fails to stop its operation there, according to Japanese media.
I hope this world of cryto keep going better . China should be quiet. Crypto will be the world revolution. Thank you for the opportunity buddy. HOLD\o/
cheers
there is a really nice move for binance to goes in malta... we hope now the future happen good.. although china really thought they continue of ban processing in crypto but is it not good .. lets hope what exactly see what happened
I wonder how long it will take big countries that over-regulate to realise that little crypto havens are now making all the money? Well, not quite yet, but soon they will. Then those big countries with all their rules are suddenly going to be VERY sorry that they chased crypto away!
TRON is now the 10th biggest cryptocurrency by market cap, at $10bn, with one unit trading at about $0.15.
The team behind TRON has not released its working product, a decentralised YouTube-like platform for videos and music which would be based on blockchain, the digital ledger technology that underpins bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
But after a January 4 tweet from chief executive Justin Sun, claiming the start-up would soon announce a partnership with a “very prestigious public listed [sic] company”, TRON’s price more than doubled within 24 hours, hitting a high of 27 cents.
Despite only launching last year, Dentacoin, which claims to be a “blockchain solution for the global dentistry industry”, has a $1.9bn market cap. It is not due to release its testnet, a blockchain used for testing, until the end of 2018. Its development team wants to provide services including a website for reviewing dentists and a database of patients’ medical records
And some alt-coins are outright jokes. For Jackson Palmer, creator of Dogecoin, which is based on an internet meme of a Shiba Inu dog, his digital currency’s market cap acts as a “barometer for crypto mania and speculation”.
According to CoinMarketCap, Dogecoin has a market value of $1.7bn.
conor kenny ... give me those :p
Whereas some world leaders and governments have been super sceptical of cryptocurrencies and some even going as far as to take a strict opposition stance on the technology, some are opening their arms wide to the tech that could completely revolutionise monetary transactions as we know it today. The island of Malta, as small as it is, happens to be even more daring in action than its land size. Its government has recently approved for cryptocurrency and blockchain firm, Binance, to operate legally within its borders.
The island’s PM, Joseph Muscat, announced their approval of Binance establishing offices in the state and running its operations from there. He stated that this is part of plans and a desire to make Malta “global trailblazers in the regulation of blockchain-based businesses and the jurisdiction of quality and choice for world class fintech companies”, as they see the island to be a “blockchain island”.
Binance And The Maltese Financial Ecosystem
This isn’t so surprising for people who have a bit of a fair idea of the nature of the island. With a population of about 450,000 , Malta is known for its extreme gambling industry and booming banking and finance industry. Yesterday, Friday the 23rd of March, Binance also officially announced that it was soon beginning operations on the island of Malta after having reached an agreement with the authorities of the state.
This “relocation” by the crypto firm comes as a result of the Chinese government’s strict regulations on cryptocurrencies and ICOs in the last few months which is causing most financial institutions that are into these technologies to look elsewhere for markets.
The company will start fiat payment transactions very soon as the economic climate of the island already favours banking and finance extensively. When asked why they chose to settle for Malta amongst all the other countries available, Binance explained that its decision was due to [Malta] existing pro-blockchain legislation and the stability that it offers financial technology companies through its regulatory framework.” And Malta’s acceptance of Binance happens to be the Deus ex machina that the firm craved for, considering that Japan also issued a cease operation order to Binance. Thus, as Binance closes in Japan, it re-emerges in a an even crypto-friendly environment
Wow, what an amazing news sir today is the best one your post. Malta in cryptocurrency it wonderful move, i am sure its amazing coin in crypto world. ☺
Gonna rock crypto market.
Thanks for this @investing cypto is a centralized exchange is part of crypto, has become a necessity for us, there is no way we can not leave this exchange because the success of a centralized exchange behind the crypto is a big part. cypto has been worldwide and MALTA is a very pro country, I personally deeply appreciate the country MALTA and china will sooner realize this
As far as I'm concerned, all the Binance stuff is HUGE news. Moving to a place like Malta is smart. But the fiat to crypto system? Plus the decentralized exchange? HUGE HUGE HUGE! If Binance can get these things done relatively soon and before everyone else, they will literally rule the crypto market. There won't be any reason to trade on other markets unless it's for a token they don't have listed yet. However, I think expanding listings will come along with some of these other systems when it's all up and running. Definitely exciting.
Every word of your mind, you wrote very well. Hopefully you'll be giving us a good post like this.
I would like to say you keep it up and well done.
A good future is in store for Binance after this significant strategic move. Their announcements, offers, and vision for the future towards decentralization have made their growth surpass that of many other exchanges with more time in the market, and without a doubt, more good news will follow now that they have a robust legal framework.
Very elegant way to present you, The truth is in all your words.
It is possible to get many useful examples from your writing. well done and keep it up.
Binance moving to malta thats a great news, dont know what will china do this time.
Very effective information @investing... Great analysis in dtube video.... Hope that china government take effective steps to solve this struggle...

Old times had GOLD
Now we have CRYPTO
The death throes of anything are not pretty to watch - the death throes of broken, corrupt governments and systems won't be either. Appreciate the consistent crypto news and views.
Release the Kraken! You got a 60.15% upvote from @seakraken courtesy of @investing!
Seeing the spread shows we are successful in educating the masses.. This really is a good news. However other really is a thing to worry about. China is a powerful economical country and we dont want currency to be banned there. It should be free to use. They for sure will soon realise crypto is the future and then there will be no ban.
actually learn about the crypto-tomatoes some weeks back, isn't it amazing what we can bring out in the crypto world? I wish I'll get my hands on that first batch of crypto-tomatoes
