that is pretty interesting and funny. I wouldn't be surprised either if it moons. the proof of luck thing is a bit odd to me. So you are saying that a person could buy coins and send them to their wallet and there is a possibility that the coins would not reach the wallet if they are "unlucky?" or did I misinterpret that?

Well, no.. currently with BTC you have to pay a fee to 'skip in line' to get preferential treatment in getting your transaction through before the others. This is why the fees are high.
With Proof of luck there is no longer a way to skip ahead in line: randomness determines the order in which transactions go through. One transaction occurs per block. It's totally Doge, I must admit :)
