If you don't have any Bitshares, or you're unfamiliar with how to conduct trades, you can purchase your STEEMHOUSE tokens for STEEM, SBD, or just about any other cryptocurrency!
Here's what you'll need to do:
If you're buying with STEEM or SBD, you can send a transfer directly to @thesteemhouse with a memo that says: STEEMHOUSE Tokens and includes your bitshares username.
For other payment methods, comment below stating how you would like to purchase your tokens. We will reply with a deposit address, and will require your bitshares username to transfer the tokens.
The value of the chosen payment method will be converted to USD, using CoinMarketCap as a "standard pricing authority", at the time of verification, and you will be sent an appropriate number of tokens, all the way to two decimals. (0.00)
You should receive a verification message in your Steemit wallet stating how many tokens where transferred.

What we're looking for is $20,000 to cover the first year's rent, and a chunk of the startup costs for opening our physical location. That partner will henceforth be entitled to 25% of all profits generated by The Steem House LLC, as well as a 10% stake (100,000 tokens) in our token, and any future SMT we create.

It's a bitshares token, so you'll need a DEX wallet like bitshares, yes.
