It is quite of an interesting post. I find the process of drawing to be fairly well described. I believe it is important for potential readers to see how they could reproduce the piece, and the level of detail @helenelenoble presents is more than enough. Including the steps of the creation of a painting definitely makes it easier for another to engage with the post and also look at what the author had in mind in the beginning and how this idea progressed with time.

Future potential curators take note

This is exactly the kind of positive interaction and ability to articulate what is exceptional about a post that I am looking for! It is a good exercise to think about why a post is exceptional, and what makes it exceptional. If you can't answer these questions about a post, chances are it is not actually truly exceptional.

This is a great post. I think the quality of the art is definitely exceptional as far as this style goes, and the process pics are great. I wish there was a little bit more of an explanation of the different steps in the process and techniques used. I think this would likely have been a Curie submission and approval if it were not one of the author's first few posts. Definitely following her, she is a great poster to keep an eye on! Thanks for the tip!
