We talked about this in chat but for the benefit of future readers - this is a great post. Typically curie will not upvote one of the first few posts of a user because of the "persistent with little success" guideline, although any of the guidelines can be ignored at times if the post is exceptional enough. I think the post formatting is also an issue, with a huge image dump (something like 40 images) in the middle of the post and then the post continues on the other side of all those pictures. Future post authors, if you must include a huge image dump, this works best if it is the last thing in your post so a reader doesn't have to scroll through all of them to finish reading if they don't want to.
