Yeah those years pay out!! I am a very happy man and I wish I could zap people with that what I know now.
Sure, feeling good and connecting with your inner being are possible in many ways. But what to do when the sun is down :-)

My friends who have done it say that it changed them profoundly. Like a re-set. And they always go back to do it again and again.
