RE: Trump, The Baconator

China has the problem that it has little territory of its own to produce pottery. It will always be dependent on imports. Competition on the global market is natural. You just must not, like Europe, be persuaded that livestock production is harmful.

One, it's the way he goes about doing things. If he had actually said to people this was about selling more meat to China, which will increase prices for Americans, meat, already being a higher price to pay for that dinner staple, people wouldn't have been to thrilled about that. On average, people are now paying five to six bucks more for a family pack of chicken, at one time I seen a family pack of chicken for twenty three to twenty five bucks a package. That's like about five, six chicken breast. It was by a major distributor, Tyson, but still, twelve to fifteen dollars for a package of chicken is outrageous. Like I mentioned in the article cat and dog food has gone up three to five bucks more for a large bag. Instead he makes it about some poor soybean farmer, very few people actually care about soybeans as a dinner staple. Potatoes also, three to five bucks more for less at that. It begins to add up. It wasn't even about the poor soybean farmer and cutting the rate of subsidies the government pays farmers. He's such a con man. Nobodies quitting eating meat because the government has convinced some people that livestock production is harmful.
